In recent years, we’ve had some amazing nominations across the Banana Moon Network – Here at Hamilton we love attending the annual Midnight Moon Awards, it is a chance to celebrate our achievements, join as a network, and have a good old time  👌✨😘🎶🤳

This year Gemma, our nursery manager was nominated by the network for the "Over the Moon Award" 🎉🎊🥇

This award celebrates someone who has gone above and beyond to reach their goals. They ooze Banana Moon ethos and passion in every area and are always willing to change up our existing initiatives and pioneer new ones. They’re enthusiastic and passionate about helping our little ones’ imaginations run wild! 

The recipient of the award is a shining example of a true Banana Moon ambassador, noticed not only within their own setting, but in the wider network too. They actively contribute at network meetings, engage on the Banana Moon forum and help create a strong sense of community within the Banana Moon network. They are always working on their development, regularly attending training to learn, grow and keep their knowledge where it should be to inspire the team. They’re inquisitive and proactive in asking questions and referring to the resources on our platform. 

A true trailblazer in their setting, they are fully on board with our aim to become The Most Loved nursery brand. Most importantly, they’ve received wonderful feedback from their team and Banana Moon parents – and their efforts have certainly not gone unnoticed! 

Although Gemma didn't walk away with the award she was truly honoured and super proud to have been recognised and nominated. 🎉✨🏆🎖💕😘🤞😎
